Certification of Occupational Test Tools
Within the HR field, a large variety of tests are used in recruitment and development processes. Through certification, DNV GL assures that a test satisfies internationally recognized criteria for quality.
The European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA) developed the Test Review Model to provide a rigorous, standardized review of psychological assessment tests, so that consumers can make informed decisions about the quality and utility of the tests. DNV GL reviews tests on request from test providers, and the review is done independently by two reviewers. A certificate is valid for three years.
