Energy management for the Maritime Sector
The transport sector, including the maritime industry, is responsible for 1/3 of the greenhouse gas emission in Norway. How can we respond to these challenges in the future?
We have tailored a seminar on energy management for the maritime sector. The participants will get valuable input on how to operate in more environmental friendly ways and reducing operational costs while increasing profitability and competitive advantage, all through the right use of energy management.
DNV GL certifies companies that use energy management to reduce their carbon footprint with ISO 50001. We are now delivering ISO 50001 to the maritime sector. ISO 50001 can also be delivered under the seamless certification service. During the seminar you will meet experts from DNV GL within the field of energy management, legal requirements such as the energy efficiency directive, SEEMP/class, and MRV. Representatives from Enova will participate and tell us about their subsidy programs.
In addition, a representative from one of our customers will share some of their experiences with energy management.
